Question for overweight teens!!!!!!!?

Would you attend a weight loss support group that was just for teens? What kind of things would you like to do there? I'm overweight and currently dieting...i'm very lucky to have the support of my family, but I know many teens don't...do you think a weight loss support group for teens would work?

Question for overweight teens!!!!!!!?
I am a teen. but not overweight. I am a certified FLT dietician. I think that would be a great idea. but don't get discouraged because of your weight. The scale doesn't tell you everything. If you want to lose weight appropriately the best way is to take it for what it is. For some, the loss may be fast, others slow, but the average is losing 1-3 pounds per week. To do this you have eat the right foods. DO NOT take any "diet pills" because they do not work. Be sure to drink plenty of water. (half your body weight in ounces everday, or more) And excercise 20-30 minutes a day. This could be a slow walk or just getting outside and doing something like playing. I hope this helps.
