I'm 15 and a virgin an want to stay one until I die.

Why do teens like to have sex?
Spoken like a true virgin, who either


a) has strong values


or


b) cant find anyone to have sex with.





Sex is stupid? Well I think until you have sexual intercourse, you'll not actually know the pleasures it can bring you. Why do some teens feel the need to have sex? Well because we along with dolphins and certain primates are the only species on the entire planet that have sex as a form of stimulant, entertainment, reassurance, and pleasure. Everything else does it for procreation, whereas we three have the option to do it for pleasure. So if you're doing it safely with barrier contraception, why not? Teens should have more self-control? Why? If they're practicing safe sex with one regular partner then why not?





... sex is not just kissing with orgasm (have you even had one of those by yourself?), sex is an entirely different experience to kissing... it just boggles the mind, your assumptions are ridiculous. If you do want to stay a virgin until you die, great for you. Just don't assume to know all there is to know about sex. Believe me, you can learn something new everytime you have sex.

Reply:I'm a teenager and I have sex. I use protection and I have been with the same guy for almost 2 years. I pretty much do it because it feels good. I know I will get a billion thumbs down but that's why. I do not have a lack of self control either. I chose to have sex and no one made the decision for me.
Reply:I'm 20 and Im still a virgin but only cuz of an STD scare I have. But yeah a lot of people I knew in high school wouldnt discuss their virginity but I knew they were having sex. Basically sex feels good and thats how it is, plus you may not understand it since youre 15 , but maybe youd want it when youre older to have your own kids (unless you wanna adopt or go to the sperm bank) so really just wait cuz I feel for you, and I dont agree teens should have sex unless theyre prepared, we dont need anymore teenage mothers running around.
Reply:Well the unknown is a big part of it--it is in movies and songs--so kids naturally want to try what they think they are missing. There is a lack of education that accounts for the results of teen sex--and diseases are a big result--along with babies. There isn't much to sex--it is a physical thing to some--something like a game to some--some think it is a sign of acceptance or manhood. All improper attitudes towards what is supposed to be an adult expression of mature relationships. Not all kids have sex--they probably have been educated and know it is something held to a higher standard for adults that are ready for it.

Sex and love are the most important and fun things in life.





Without sex you get no love.





Maybe you feel like this as your body has not developed properly and you need to see a doctor. Maybe periods have not started or breasts not developed if a female





So no hormones and no feelings.








People have sex as they really really want to as it feels so good to be with somone and when you like someone ie a crush or love them it hurts so much not to be with them.





Priests try using your self control... hence ending up abusing kids... others do that end end up turing into psychopahts getting thrills by killing instead.





its not healthy to repress yourself.








you avoid pregnancy and stds with proper sex ed horrendously lacking in the US and UK.





The dutch do it far better

You dont have to do it yet but wehn you meet a nice guy you like and fancy.


Nore do it straight away as you should take months to go from first kiss vai hand jbs and his hands in your pants and stuff through to full sex realtioships... even years... and best age 17 and onwards wtih the earlier stuff from 16 or so and dating now.
