The Sim 2 Teens?

What does a baby pacifier mean over teens head? Also what does a pacifier and phone mean over a teens head? Can a teen adopt a kid? I have The Sims 2 Deluxe.

You're probably talking about the random thought bubbles that are above their head. They don't mean much. Maybe your sim was talking and that came up in a conversation. The pacifier means "being born" while pacifier and phone means "being adopted." If its just a thought bubble, then its probably something in their memory that randomly popped in their head. Now in the sims 2 (any version) teens can't get pregnant or have kids. BUT there are hacks out there to make that possible. They are not supported by EA or Maxis at all, but they do exist and you can search the web for them. If you want to know the website, search for "inteenminator." If they mess up your game just remove the hack and it will make your game go back to normal.
