Why are so many teens and pre-teen drawn to this question and answer site?

Has everyone noticed on here that more and more pre-teens and teens are using this site as a means to either meet someone, get sexual advice, they're seeking out nude photos, and god knows what else.





It really bothers me to think that some of these young people could be lured into false beliefs and be preyed upon and be a statisc in the newspaper.





Hopefully there is a watchdog group that is monitoring everything on this website.

Why are so many teens and pre-teen drawn to this question and answer site?
I have noticed there are several young and too young on this site. To the point, I second guess myself on what to reply to and not. I too hope this site is being monitored in fear of the Innocent ones on here, just looking for answers to questions their parents may not feel they need to answer.


I should hope everyone takes age into consideration when answering.


I guess if it is being monitored, they will get caught.

Reply:They are at a point in their life where everything is a question. Also, they come here to laugh their butts off at us old geezers who are being stupid, too. I agree though that I hope that no one is harmed.
Reply:probably curious about sex and there is heaps of that here with no degrading pictures.
Reply:It's probably not added into the net nanny or whatever blocking software that their parents have installed
Reply:It bothers me too, to think the questions they're asking. Most of us are wonderful people, but there might be some that are not so wonderful, and take advantage of them...SCARY!

Reply:We're drawn here for the same reasons everyone else is. Give us a break, there are plenty of adults on here asking inappropriate questions and looking to pick up, and they should at least know better.
Reply:Pre-teens have alot of questions that either their peers don't know or parents won't answer.


It's a shame really.


But they live in this world too, they have every right to know whats going on.
