Teens, What do YOU think is the best part about being a teenage parent?


Basically i think its having the cutest baby ever! Because every parentt thinks they do have.

Well, I'm not a teen parent and definitely not planning to be one, but I think a new life being brought into this world is a good thing. I mean, everything happens for a reason. Although there are usually a lot of draw backs, a baby still comes out of it and I will not judge.

and i think that's awesome because being a teenage parent is a huge and embarrasing thing, but you look rather happy about it... and i think that's cool! I kind of envy you because i think you have a happy, free[ish](people saying bad stuff about you wont affect you) life?
Reply:I am 19 i had got pregnant first at 16 had it ween i was 17 and then gave birth to my second one 7 weeks ago when i was still 18 unforurtanly he didnt make it but i now still have my 20 month old i have being a teenage mom yall can grow up together and and you have alot more energy then older moms some people can be so cruel toward teenage moms but would you rather be a fun mom or older grumpy mom i dont regret having kids as a teenager.

but i love everything and one of the best things that my son did for me was straightened up my life for me and gave me a reason to do all the things i want to do with my life for him and me!

Reply:I think that the best part would be that you have a good excuse to drop out of high school. Also, because you can do pretty much whatever you want because you're parents don't trust you anyhow.

Reply:I think the best part is the unconditional love. Somebody always there loving you, and you loving them. It's the best feeling to be a mom.

Reply:Kids may be cute but seriously most teen parents don't graduate high school. Most can not pay for their child %26amp; themselves. Most never go to college. I think it's horrible that you think it's so easy to be a parent that you are vindicating teens to have babies. They're children. 18+ is not a child. A teen but not a child. There is a difference for those girls 18+.





You aren't supposed to "grow up together". That's horrible. YOU are supposed to be the parent, the "adult". It's ridiculous.





By reading some of these answers I wonder. Do some of you realize this is a person not a toy that you play with?
Reply:I don't want to be a teenage dad I have a lot in my future and many things to experience.
Reply:Since when was teenage pregnancy a good thing? Your acting like it's no big deal, it's a HUGE deal, and it's not all fun. You have to work hard.

Reply:I'm 15 and 33 weeks pregnant. Umm, well it really isn't that great...but when you look on the bright side..


-you'll be closer in age with your kid


- you'll be a cool mom when your kid gets older :p

*Edit; i don't think it's bad to have kids as a teen (18-20) unless you're married and financially stable.
