Teens curfew?

Do all the states have a curfew for teens? Its something I've never heard of until I started coming on here. In Canada, we don't have that.

Well, it's all up to the towns, usually. Not the states.





In the town I was from, teens ( 17 and under) had a curfew of 11:00 PM, but the town I hung out at a lot had a curfew at 12:00 AM for 17 and under, 1:00 AM for 18 year olds, and after that, you're on your own.

Reply:Unually teen curfews only are in place in towns. They're set in place because some stupid teens decide to ruin it for the rest of us by being immature jerks. Vandalism and petty theft have driven officials to deny teens the luxury of being out after dark. Luckily i dont live in a town, but yes there are curfews everywhere in the US.
Reply:Curfews are unconstitutional and wreak of everything people despise about the evergrowing BIG BROTHER....
Reply:We could do with one here in the UK seeing as the parents don`t seem to bother anymore.

Reply:applies to mostly citys and back woods that want to enforce it.
Reply:Yes there is a curfew I think it is midnight.
Reply:in here in Virginia the curfew is 10:30
Reply:some cities have curfews, some don't just depends on how conservative and tight *** ur city is. where i live its midnight for anyone under 18.
