Employment agency for teens... What do u think?

teens are unpredictable. through an agent we might provide some assurance to the company. but there are couple of concerns here.Via agent, r the co willing to pay addition to look for minor positions? or its either the teens would be getting lesser wages for the agency fee.. which their wages are that limited already.

This is a good idea, but it should be a non-profit agency that receives grants from the government, not one that takes a cut of the wages. Something like this could be a service provided by high schools, or by church groups or by volunteer organizations. It would provide teens with good work experience and help companies identify solid teen workers.
Reply:That's cool that teens can gain work experience.
Reply:I don't think a company would pay a fee to hire teens when they come in off the street daily to apply. And the kids I know change jobs as often as they change their underwear. Sorry.
Reply:i think an agency would have been a life saver when i was looking for my first job. It took me 2 years of applying before i actually got a job. And now that i think about it , i got that job through a friend of mine. Employers expect experience , but how can you get experience if they wont give you a job with out experience ? . Damn .. do it !
Reply:i think a teen employment agency would be a great idea.

i'd def. go to it, as would a lot of people i know.
